Are there any ”green pharmaceuticals”? And if there is – what makes them green?
In less than 2 minutes, in a video published by EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) at their website’s video wall and on YouTube I try to answer that question. My key message in the video is that if a pharmaceutical is manufactured sustainably, used responsibly, and disposed of appropriately is, in fact, ”green”. And those different aspects of ”being green” are all addressed in the European Pharmaceutical Industry’s joint initiative Eco-Pharmaco-Stewardship, EPS.
The video could very well be called ”EPS in a nutshell”
